Live in Cairns do a large range of fishing from impoundment Barra to fly fishing and all sorts saltwater. At the start of this year I purchased a new boat which originally had Lawrence electronics and a Motorguide electric on it. One of the first modifications I did was installed the latest solix 12 and a new 55lb minnkota. I do a heap of saltwater Barra fishing and no other unit on the market even comes close to the sensitivity and detail that a humminbird has so was a no brainer to make the change. I have a fairly large social media following where I film and take pictures of my fishing journey around FNQ and the world. My diverse following has taken me everywhere from many destinations in Australia, Oman, Spain and France to chase everything from Barra, Permit, Giant Trevally and even Atlantic Bluefin tuna.
