Andrew Symonds is a former Australian Cricket all-rounder. A two-time World Cup winner, Symonds is a right-handed middle order batsman and alternates between medium and off-spin bowling. Andrew has played 26 Tests, 198 ODI’s, 227 First class games.

Since retiring from first class cricket in 2012, Andrew has settled with his family in North Queensland. He continues to play a role in cricket, traveling domestically and overseas for commentating roles. He has recently signed with Fox Sport to commentate the Australian summer of cricket.

An avid fisherman, Andrew spends as much of his spare time on the water as possible. Living in North Queensland he enjoys the opportunities of creek, shoal and reef fishing and the great variety of species you can catch there.
